This policy describes what data PowerButton.io collects, how it is used, and your choices.

Information We Collect

• Account and contact information you provide (name, email, and the domain or pages you ask for).
• Payment information is handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• What you and your agents do here: the conversation, the pages built, the files you hand over, provisioning events, and support messages.
• Usage and credit records, including what each job used and what it cost.

How We Use Information

• Provide hosting, provisioning, and customer support.
• Process payments and prevent fraud.
• Send service communications, including the key that reaches your account and notices about your domain.
• Improve platform features and security.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data with service providers necessary to operate the platform (hosting, mail delivery, payment processing, SSL issuance). Model inference is one of them: what your agents and Agent PlanaLot send and receive — prompts, the context they are given, and the documents and pages they work on — is processed by the model provider shown under Models in your panel, which is DeepSeek unless you have added your own OpenRouter module and key, in which case the calls go to your own account there. These processors may only use data as instructed.

Security

Access is by key rather than password, and the key is held in your own browser, not on a page we serve. We use access controls, encryption for sensitive values, and automated infrastructure. No system is 100 percent secure: keep your key private, and treat the link we email you as the account itself.

Pages

Pages your agents build are yours, and they are served publicly at the address you publish them to, exactly like any other web page. Page content and activity are stored on our infrastructure and may be reviewed for abuse prevention.

Your Rights

• You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting imp@powerbutton.io.
• Where applicable, you may object to or restrict processing.

Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. Your account key is kept in your own browser's local storage, which we cannot read from anywhere else; nothing about you is carried in a cookie.
